Srila Sarvabhauma Bhattacharya mentions in his Caitanya Shataka:

saṁsāra-sarpa-daṣtānāṁ
mūrcchitānāṁ kalau-yuge
auṣadhaṁ bhagavan-nāma
śrīmad-vaiṣṇava-sevanam
SYNONYMS
saṁsāra-sarpa—the serpent of birth and death; daṣtānāṁ—of those who are bitten; mūrcchitānāṁ—of those made faint; kalau-yuge—in the age of Kali; auṣadhaṁ bhagavat-nāma—the name of the Supreme Lord; śrīmat-vaiṣṇava-sevanaṁ—service to the great devotees.
TRANSLATION
Chanting the holy name and serving the Vaiṣṇavas are the only medicine for the living entities tormented by Kali. They are bitten by the snake of repeated birth and death, fallen unconscious, and in this way always attacked by maya.

viṣayāviṣṭa mūrkhānāṁ
citta-saṁskāram-auṣadham
viśrambheṇa guroḥ sevā
vaiṣṇavocchiṣṭa bhojanam
SYNONYMS
viṣaya—sense objects; āviṣṭa—absorbed; mūrkhānāṁ—among the fools; citta—mind; saṁskāram—purification; auṣadham—healing herb; viśrambheṇa—with faith; guroḥ sevā—service to the guru; vaiṣṇava-ucchiṣṭa—remnants of the Vaiṣṇavas; bhojanama—diet.
TRANSLATION
The only medicine to cleanse the heart for the foolish people absorbed in material desires is to serve the spiritual master with faith and determination and to eat the Vaiṣṇavas remnants.
