Krishnadas Kaviraja Goswami is an all-time genius. He was not only a great scholar, but also a great devotee of Lord Caitanya. After Mahaprabhu’s disappearance, when Raghunatha Dasa Goswami came to Radha Kunda, Krishnadas was fortunate to hear from him. Dasa Goswami would daily speak the pastimes of Lord Caitanya for three hours. Krishnadas Kaviraja Goswami assimilated it all; and on the pursuance of Vaishnavas, he wrote the Caitanya Caritamrita.
At that time, Radha Kunda must have surely been quite deserted, with a very few Vaishnavas. There is no mention of Kaviraja Goswami having travelled far and wide. He was quite old, aged 95, when he wrote Caitanya Caritamrita.
At many places, Kaviraja Goswami states the expanse of Mahaprabhu’s influence. He is unequivocal in describing it at many places throughout Caitanya Caritamrita.
Nowhere he writes that Mahaprabhu influenced only Bengal, or only South India, or only India. Actually, Mahaprabhu’s influence in limitless. Yet, if we consider from this world’s point of view, Kaviraja’s talk on Mahaprabhu’s influence doesn’t come anywhere lesser than the whole world.
sei dvāre ācaṇḍāle kīrtana sañcāre

Mahaprabhu spread kīrtana even among the untouchables. He wove a wreath of the holy name and prema, with which He garlanded the entire material world. CC Adi 4.40
Staying at the banks of Radha Kunda, Kaviraja Goswami is able to see the whole world plunged in krishna-prema. Isn’t that wonderful?
This again proves two things about Kaviraja Goswami:
1] FAITH:
Kaviraja Goswami had great faith in Lord Caitanya. In fact, the pastimes of Lord Caitanya were being telecasted in the mirror of his heart. He was day-in and day-out witnessing Lord Caitanya’s munificent pastimes.
2] FORECAST:
Kaviraja Goswami could see the future. In an indirect manner, Kaviraja Goswami has glorified Shrila Prabhupada by mentioning the expanse of Lord Caitanya’s influence. After all, how can a devotee not know another devotee? Who else other than Shrila Prabhupada fulfilled the statements of Kaviraja Goswami?
Mahaprabhu’s sankirtana movement saw great upheavals in the last five centuries after the disappearance of Mahaprabhu. Shrila Prabhupada, who re-inaugurated this sankirtana movement would always mention our society is not new. Rather, he would say that it is Mahaprabhu’s sankirtana movement. Prabhupada travelled the whole world himself, acting as an emissary of Lord Caitanya, plunging the whole world in krishna prema. Prabhupada fulfilled Lord’s Caitanya’s dream of world sankirtana.
Prabhupada was once asked, “If Lord Caitanya was the Supreme Personality of Godhead, why did He not preach in the whole world?”
Prabhupada replied, “He left that service for me.”
Just as the Lord’s pastimes are eternal, the associates of the Lord see everything in terms of eternity. And they can see past, present and future. How then, can Kaviraja Goswami not predict about Shrila Prabhupada?
